Your satisfaction with our product/s is our #1 priority. If you are ever unhappy with our cookies or gifts, please let us know via chat, email or our Help Center and we will do our best to make it right. We cannot guarantee that our USPS packages to you will arrive undamaged or late, but if this occurs, you may:

refunds.

Submit an email request for a full refund (minus S/H fees) for receipt of damaged shipped packages.

replace.

Submit an email request to replace shipped orders never delivered or received within 5 days (new S/H fees may apply).

your cancellations.

Buyer may cancel any fully pre-paid order for refund via telephone voicemail or email request within 3 hours (except Biscochito Gift Baskets or Party Platters). Buyer may cancel any Biscochito Party Platter or Biscochito Gift Basket orders for refund via telephone voicemail or email request within 6 hours (note: pre-payments may be withheld).

In the rare event we are unable to fulfill any portion or all of your pre-paid order, within 48 hours of when it is due, a refund (minus app fees) will be issued, along with recommended bakers; if we are unable to fulfill any portion or all of your pre-paid order, within 24 hours of when it is due, a refund (plus app fees) will be issued, along with recommended bakers and alternate compensation (i.e., complimentary store product or gift certificates) may be offered.

our prep time.

Please allow 12-24 hours preparation on all orders over 5 dozen. 15 dozen on either cookie is the maximum order we can fulfill, per order, per customer.

Buyers are responsible for any fees incurred for using PayPal, Venmo or Zelle, CashApp or text.
