If you are ever unhappy with our cookies or gifts, please let us know via chat, email or our Help Center and we will do our best to make it right. We cannot guarantee that our USPS packages to you will arrive undamaged or late, but if this occurs, you may:
- Submit an email request for a full refund (minus S/H fees) for receipt of damaged shipped packages.
- Submit an email request to replace shipped orders never delivered or received within 5 days (new S/H fees may apply).
- Buyer may cancel any fully pre-paid order for refund via telephone voicemail or email request within 3 hours (except Biscochito Gift Baskets or Party Platters).
- Buyer may cancel any Biscochito Party Platter or Biscochito Gift Basket orders for refund via telephone voicemail or email request within 6 hours (note: pre-payments may be withheld)
- Please allow 12-24 hours preparation on all orders over 5 dozen. 15 dozen on either cookie is the maximum order we can fulfill, per order, per customer.
- Buyers responsible for any fees incurred for using PayPal, Venmo or CashApp or text.
