We cannot guarantee that USPS-shipped packages will arrive on time or undamaged, but if this occurs, buyers may request a refund if requested via email or voicemail and we will do our best to make it right. For other issues, see below:
Buyers may cancel any (pre-paid) single dozen packaged orders of Biscochitos or Wedding Cookies (under 5 dozen total) for a full refund via email or telephone voicemail request within 12 hours
Buyer may cancel any pre-paid Biscochito Party Platter or Gift Box orders for refund via telephone voicemail or email request within 3 days or 36 hours (note: minus buyers PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or Credit Card fees)
Please allow 12-24 hours preparation on all orders over 5 dozen. 20 dozen on either cookie is the maximum order we can fulfill, per order, per customer.
