Hello and welcome to BestLilBiscochitos.com! My name is Lillie and I'm the 'Lil" in BestLilBiscochitos! We are a small, female-owned, disabled, and Latino-powered online home business in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico. We fill orders strictly upon request, so if you're looking for freshly baked, delicious, artisan style Biscochos and Mexican Wedding Cookies you won't find anywhere else... you've come to the right place. Some have said our Biscochitos taste like home in New Mexico (pretty high praise in our book!) and we're always open to co-marketing possibilities. Our Biscochitos.
Biscochos (aka Biscochitos) have been the Official State Cookie of NM since 1989, and New Mexico was the first state to declare one! It's been said the Conquistadores brought the recipe to the New World and they've been a staple in Mexican homes ever since, traditionally served at weddings, baptisms and Christmas. Our Biscochos were my family's recipe, baked thin for a soft yet crispy and delicious result. We loved baking them in our home... here's hoping they soon become a staple in yours.
